Jeff Proulx, P. Eng, MBA, PMP
Senior Associate

With over 20 years of international experience in the design, construction, commissioning and project management of large electrical and automation turnkey projects in many types of industries, Jeff has managed projects ranging from the low hundreds to over $100 million dollars.

He is a registered member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ) as well as a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Alberta (APEGGA), and holds an MBA from McGill University. Jeff brings a diverse background from which to draw from for developing and implementing winning growth and execution strategies. His expertise includes maintenance, operations and project management as well as management consulting, marketing and business development.

Martin Hamel, BASc, MBA, PMP
Senior Associate

With more than 18 years experience in corporate management and consulting, Martin Hamel specializes in business strategy. He assists executives and senior managers of small and mid-sized enterprises in formulating and executing strategy in accordance with evolving sectoral imperatives.

Martin has consulted in various sectors including aerospace, IT, new media, gaming, industrial technologies as well as product development. He holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and his expertise and interest reside in: strategic planning and repositioning, business and commercialization plans, competitiveness and market analysis, marketing strategy and planning, financing strategy and brokerage.

Mathieu Cléroux, B.Eng.
Consultant

Mathieu holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from École de Technologie Supérieure and a DEC in Aeronautics Construction. Prior to its arrival at GAC, Mathieu has worked in the aerospace industry in various positions for major manufacturers. At GAC, Mathieu has completed various projects in manufacturing optimization, energy efficiency, building services and project management.

Penpak Tongsari
Office Manager

With over 15 years experience, Penpak has worked in sales management in the banking and the translation services industries. Penpak acts as office manager for GAC in addition to managing diverse sales and accounting activities and processes.
